How do I adjust my child’s current schedule/membership?

From the Hoot Reading App, select your child’s profile and click the “Library” dropdown menu. Select “Schedule” to view your child’s scheduled lessons. Tip: for the best experience, we recommend using a device with a big screen (like a laptop or tablet).

To reschedule or cancel a lesson, email [e-mail] or call 1-833-789-4668. We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. 

For schedule and membership changes, please fill out this Schedule Change Request Form. Please note, a minimum of seven days notice is required.
