We recognize each child’s learning journey is different. Hoot Reading Memberships are fully customizable, personalized to the needs of your child and family. Our programs are designed for kids age 4 and above to help them keep up, catch up or advance beyond their grade level.
Build a Pre-Scheduled Lesson Membership with the following customizations, or choose an On Demand Membership with 4 lessons per month scheduled only when you want them.
- Weekly lesson frequency: choose between 1 and 4 lessons per week, scheduled at the same time each week.
- Lesson duration: lessons are available for 20 or 40 minute lessons, 40-minute lessons are only recommended for Gr. 2 and up.
- Membership type: manage your membership on a Month-to-Month basis, or choose an Annual Membership to save!
Membership Details
Keep your Schedule Flexible with Unlimited Reschedules
- We understand things come up, so if you do need to reschedule a lesson, please email our Customer Service team with the subject “Need to Reschedule” at least 24 hours in advance and we will provide you with open availability to select from.
- Lessons do not roll over and rescheduling is optional. You must reschedule your missed lesson before your next billing period.
- Rescheduling notice less than 24 hours notice will be considered a missed lesson and cannot be rescheduled. Credits will not be provided.
Change your Schedule up to 6 Times per Year
- Update your set lesson day and time with as little as 7 days notice to fit reading practice into your changing schedule.
- If you need to change your schedule, complete the Schedule Change Request form and our team will work as quickly as possible to help find a new time for you.
